This is the first of five classes in the first module of the Suhba Essentials Program (2024-25).

This course introduces the Science of the Purification of the Self (Tazkiyat al-Nafs). It covers why purification of the self is essential to seeking the Divine, its place within Islam, select core principles of the science and a practical emphasis on the means to the self’s purification.
